Our Mission

At iSOHA, our mission is to guide individuals on a path of deep healing and spiritual growth by addressing the root causes of imbalance in body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in the Sacred Way of Harmonious Balance, we blend ancient wisdom from Taoism, Zen, and holistic healing to help people align with the forces of nature and thus create a life filled with purpose. Live the Life You Love and Love the Life you Live. Through mentorship, wellness programs, and spiritual education, we empower others to heal themselves—and, in turn, help heal the world. iSOHA is an interfaith 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring the path of holistic health.
